Daniel Pink captures an important shift happening in the age of AI
When producing becomes abundant, judgment becomes scarce.
AI can increasingly generate the first draft, analyze the data, synthesize information, write the code, and produce an almost endless number of alternatives.
But producing more isn't necessarily creating more value.
The advantage increasingly belongs to the people who can interpret, question, discern, decide, and know what matters.
They can recognize the signal in the noise.
They can challenge an answer that looks right but isn't.
They can understand context that isn't captured in the prompt.
They can make tradeoffs when there is no obvious answer.
And they can learn quickly when the world changes again.
This is why we believe the future of work isn't simply about humans versus technology.
It is about people and organizations that learn faster, exercise better judgment, and know how to work with technology outperforming those that don't.
AI makes production cheaper.
Human judgment makes what gets produced valuable.
That is the Human Advantage.
